Dejun immigrated from China at age eight to Saskatoon Saskatchewan.
It was her open mind and keen interest propelled this young girl to
evolve into an ambitious and passionate individual. Known also as
Jin, she is currently receiving business management education at the
University of Western Ontario in London with a continuing scholarship.
Her career ambition is international marketing for the fashion industry
since she is also fluent in Mandarin, or go on to Medical school to
become a reconstructive surgeon.
An avid performer of piano and violin, Jin is a member of the University
of Western Ontario Symphony Orchestra, the founder of Musical Art
Club of Delaware Hall, as well a Royal Conservatory of Music History
3 teacher. She has also initiated the Music Sensory Awakening Program
with a London autism foundation as a continuation of her volunteer
work in Saskatoon. On the side, Jin loves sport bikes, cars, snowboarding,
cooking, books, art, and card/gift making.
Her favorite quote regarding to relationships is “Never allow yourself
to be someone’s option while they are your priority”
She lives by the motto “Work hard, play hard”
For the dreamers, Jin will say “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t
take”
